To take part in the IPhO as a candidate, you must register for the national competition in your country/region and be selected as a member of the national team.
Countries wishing to participate in the IPhO are advised to do so initially as observer countries (no candidates, just observers) or as invited countries (invited countries are not members of the IPhO organization but can send a selection. In both cases, registration should be done on this site, to gain experience for future participation).
